Mercury flips things upside down. This could shake you up to the core. Know that it‘s of utmost importance to transform what‘s been spilling out of you and whirling around you. Collect yourself and fiercely move on. There are things to do right now. And the beautiful thing is that it‘s all about you. You will heal. But now, let‘s start. . Below you find a || Kundalini yoga exercise || for helping you during any process and transition in life and assisting you in coming back into emotional balance. Notice that this exercise can work like a catalyst and cause katharsis and even though it may be very uncomfortable, sometimes this is exactly what we need. . Take a comfortable seated position. Relax, come with all your senses and mind into your physical body, into the here and now. Chant SA TA NA MA while putting your thumb together with all the other fingers (2nd to 5th) each at a time (syllable) starting „SA“ on thumb connecting with the index, „TA“ thumb + middle finger and so forth. Do this a few minutes while staying focused and soft ready to receive transformational energy support. Let everything come up and let it flow through you. Don‘t suppress, just observe and let higher power guide you. Namaste Bettina🕊

When heaven and earth align magical things happen. Sometimes when we‘re missing the magical part in our lives it‘s because we forget to align. Align with our bodies - physical and energetical - align with our purpose and align with the higher power.

:: S U P E R B L O O D M O O N :: In deed a very intense moment on our journey is the upcoming super blood moon lunar eclipse. Time to change patterns, remove obstacles and rise above. We are called to change paradigm and shift into the new. Whenever there‘s something that draws our attention to it don‘t shy away or get upset, anxious or aggressive. Pause and reflect. How did you handle it in the past? Is there a way to introduce a more peaceful approach? With more compassion, kindness and unconditional love without compromising your integrity? There is. Because you create it. This is your mission. Release all the toxicity you sponged up and let them deal with their own stuff. Change direction in your mind first and then let your new mindset heal your heart. You‘ll come out different and you will heal others as well. Know that what you‘re asked to do is to mature into a more awakened example of divine wisdom and love in action. Respect your boundaries and the one‘s of others too. Reflect before you act and you will be the witness of magical experiences that help each and everyone involved grow and prosper. May the divine light and wisdom be with you. Always. 🕊

S T A Y S O F T :: Don‘t bottle up your emotions. Make time in a safe space to let them out. Digest and release them with the help of movement and music. Let yourself be carried away by each breath, each move. Start the motion and let it become medicine to the heart, soul and body. Let it cleanse your ethereal bodies too. Feel evey fibre of your being vibrating to your own rhythm. Feel the flux. Feel the void. Let it pull you in. Try to see the information the emotion beholds. Then transmute it into something useful. When you feel weak know that there is strength to be explored. When you feel angry find the ROOT and transform it, heal the original wound. Know, that it is just an experience because it is! Don‘t take things personal - rule no. 1! . Let‘s help each other along the way instead of pointing out each other‘s weaknesses or shadows. We all have them and we are all in the same boat. On one point or another in life you will get the chance to understand - whether your lesson or someone else’s. Make peace my gorgeous soul and don‘t let anything harden you or make you bitter. We all try to be the best versions of ourselves. And we should pause from time to time to see through the eyes of our own inner child or even someone else‘s.
